County Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick spoke of the county’s excitement in supporting this unique public private partnership between the CACF and the Clark County Department of Family Services.
Tim Burch, the Administrator of Human Services, later spoke of the need for the community to come together to support child victims of sexual exploitation and abuse.
Cheryl Cooley, Director of the SNCAC, spoke of her commitment and those of her multi-disciplinary team of professionals to ensure that the needs of these children and being met.
Through the support of the SNCAC, abuse survivors learn that it is not their fault.
